The Spirit of my Lords, the Lord God Almighty and the Lord Jesus Christ, was always speaking with me about being myself, but until recently, I never really understood what that meant. But the Spirit wants me to be honest about the relationship I have with God, and sit back and watch on the occasions when two or more should gather together in the name of the Lord God Almighty, as She will give me a voice to speak.
God voiced this from His holy Temple concerning two or more gathering together in His name when He was One with Jesus:
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:19-20,KJV).
God will be there in the midst of us by His Spirit that He sends to us from the Father. The holy Kingdom of God from above called Jerusalem.
“At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 18:1-4, KJV).
The living God is the Kingdom of Heaven. For He is the Angel our heavenly Father has chosen to be a King on His creation of the heavenly throne. But God was saying to Jesus’ disciples that except they be converted by the Holy Spirit, and become as if little children by humbling themselves, they would not enter the Kingdom of heaven in the resurrection from the dead.
The Spirit revealed to try to help me with what I view as a difficult task, telling the world that I am God’s servant to come called Elijah, and just being myself:
“All I want from you is to be yourself. Just let go, son of man, get out of the way and watch Me work. I got you. You can trust Me. I am, after all, God’s holy Spirit of truth and righteousness. You don’t have to worry at all about what you will say, for I will give you a voice to say it. And every word I reveal will be of God. For I never ever speak on My own authority.”
That helped a little. Only while the Spirit was speaking. But as soon as the Spirit was gone from off me, I was back to being fearful of confessing my calling. The Spirit tried to help again with this message:
“You can be fearful, son of man, but you must march through your fears and do the will of God as called for in your life. All you have to do is be yourself. Just let go, relax, and watch Me work. The only thing that is stopping you from being a true and faithful witness to God, Robert, is yourself. So you need to get over your fears and do what God has called you to do: Restore truth and prepare the way for His return back to the earth. And know also that when two or more should gather together in the name of our Lord, trust that I will be there, in the midst, and I will use your mouth to speak. All you have to do is let go and let God. For it is our Lord who rules in the kingdom of men. He appoints over it whomsoever He desires.”
I’m beginning to understand that for me to be myself also means that I need to let the Spirit, when She comes to me from standing before the heavenly throne, use my flesh and blood body to speak in the presence of others, just as She does when I am alone praying in the Spirit. Seeing that I have a lot of practice at this from praying in the Spirit over the years, one would think it would be so easy for me to just let go and let God do His thing by using His Spirit to use me to speak in the presence of others. Regardless, I know that I have no choice but to do as God has requested of me… “Be Yourself”.
Elijah Has Come
